Teaching Alexander Technique, from the Ground Up
Learn and teach Alexander Technique with depth, precision, and teaching intelligence.
Learn through expert-led online courses designed for transformation.
These courses are a rethink of how you move, how you teach, and how you understand yourself. FM Alexander didn’t just offer techniques—he challenged us to reconsider the whole process of learning, knowing, and acting. This training builds from that ground up.
Alexander’s work can be hard to grasp at first. This course gives you the tools to explain it clearly and teach it with confidence—whether you’re guiding others or guiding yourself. You’ll learn to see what’s happening in movement, direct attention with purpose, and speak to others in ways that actually land.
Our trainers guide you into Alexander’s ideas and experiments—not as history, but as living practice. They’ll help you build a strong foundation of understanding and show you how to make those ideas usable in the real world.
Every part of this platform is built for clarity, depth, and flexibility. Whether you’re new to this work or preparing to become a teacher, you’ll be supported to explore at your own pace, reflect meaningfully, and grow professionally.
