Alexander Technique is generally a low-risk activity for both teachers and their students. This does not exclude Alexander Technique teachers from fulfilling their obligations under Australian WHS legislation. Most Alexander Technique teachers are protected from law suits by their liability and professional indemnity insurance. What they don’t know is that they won’t be covered if it can be shown that they were in breach of legislation.
This very short course provides you with good quality basic information, that you can use to ensure that you are meeting legislation and that you are providing your clients with the best possible safety coverage.
